ICARD L Patient Monitors with 12.1" displays

Multiparameter monitors, designed for mounting at anesthesia apparatus and for monitoring patients requiring measurement of a greater number of parameters.

Simple operation, extensive self-diagnostic functions and automatic calibration make ICARD L an user-friendly device that guarantees long-term operation at low operating costs.

Offered versions

Offered versions of ICARD L monitors differ in the set of supervised parameters. Each parameter is displayed in a different color, and the contrast and bright display makes the image is clear and legible, even from a few meters away.

We offer measurement and supervision of the following parameters:
  • ECG - Three or five-electrode cable. Simultaneous presentation of 1, 2 or 3 leads, measurement of heart rate, acoustic and optical QRS signaling. ST segment elevation measurement, and as an option - arrhythmia analysis.
  • PULSE OXIMETRY (SpO2) - Measurement with a wide range of sensors, eg on the finger, ear, hand or foot of the child. Measurement of pulse rate in peripheral blood vessels and plethysmogram presentation.
  • NIBP - Measurement activated manually or automatically. Automatic correction of the cuff inflating pressure, a special measurement algorithm for newborns. A wide range of cuffs - from newborns to obese adults.
  • IBP - Two-channel measurement using typical disposable transducers. Automatic setting of the scale and initial alarm limits depending on the selected label describing the type of pressure being measured.
  • CAPNOGRAPHY (CO2) - Side-stream measurement of EtCO2, FiO2 and respiratory rate. Presentation of the breathing wave, apnea supervision, signaling of the occlusion of the sampling line. Sample flow 50 ml/min.
  • TEMPERATURE - Two-channel measurement using the YSI400 standard probes. Presentation of two temperatures and their difference.
  • CARDIAC OUTPUT - Based on impedance cardiography, non-invasive measurement of Cardiac Otput (CO), Cardiac Index (CI), Stroke Volume (SV) and nine other haemodynamic parameters. Read more
  • MAINSTREAM GAS MONITORING - External multigas analyzer measuring carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrous oxide (N2O) and five anaesthetic agents with dual agent identification capabilities.
  • SIDESTREAM GAS MONITORING - Internal multigas analyzer measuring carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrous oxide (N2O), oxygen (O2 - paramagnetic method) and five anaesthetic agents with dual agent identification capabilities. Sample flow 50 ml/min.
  • DEPTH OF ANAESTHESIA - similar to BIS, determined on the basis of EEG analysis, qCON index on a scale of 0-100. Optionally, the second parameter - the nociception index qNOX.

In monitors equipped with anaesthetic gas measurement modules, the scale of each wave can be set separately. Depending on the type of gases AA1 and AA2 - (HAL, ENF, ISO, SEV, DES), the waves and results are presented in appropriate colors, defined by standards. The measurement results can be presented in [%], [mmHg] or [hPa].

The measured parameters are monitored in the alarm system with acoustic and optical signaling. The results of measurements are stored in the memory in the form of trends. On their graphs, the user can insert markers, signifying important moments, e.g. drug administration. The collected trends can be viewed up to 72 hours back with the maximum recording frequency of every 15 seconds.

All versions can be used to patient monitoring in the full range of ages - from newborns to adults, provided appropriate selection of equipment (ECG electrodes, sensors and cuffs).

The monitor's functions are controlled by means of a knob that moves the cursor over the options that can be selected. Pressing the knob accepts the selected option. All messages and menu of the device are available in the following languages: Polish, English, Czech, Slovak and Russian.
